Program Manager

Full-time

The Program Manager leads workforce development initiatives across all OAI Chicago programs, including the Financial Opportunity Center. This role manages operations, staff, budgets, and ensures compliance with funding requirements. The Program Manager also builds strong employer and community partnerships to support career advancement and financial stability for program participants.
